How would you like to end the day with some gratefulness journals?
How? Cut out the cards and start keeping a record of three things that you are grateful for each day . You can use one per person or doing it as a group.
At bed time, ask your child what three things they were thankful for during the day. Write them down on the journal papers.
After you have used these up, you can create some of your own, and staple (or join with a key ring) the cards together. It’s a positive way to end the day.
