Use these cards to play a Memory game. Place the cards face down on the table and each player takes a turn to turn over two cards. If they are a pair, they read them out loud and keep them. If not, they return them to the table. The player with the most sets of cards wins the game.
You can also use these cards during problem solving times. Place one set of cards in a jar. If you have two kids, they can even have their own jar with their own set. The next time they’re bored or have a problem, they can pick out a card or two from their jar. Maybe it can spark an idea or suggestion for how to find a solution to their problem.
Another way you can use these cards is as a fun sorting game. The children can categorize the cards, by alphabetical order, by the ones they use the most, the ones they don’t use as much, the ones they’d like to use more often, etc. Or do a guessing game and read out the letter of the alphabet and the little comic text. The children can try and guess the rest.
